TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Maxwell Hill, hereinafter referred to as the “organiser”, guarantees these courses are compliant the Dental Board of Australia guidelines on continuing professional development.

2. Participants will receive a certificate indicating the number of CPD hours attained.

3. To receive a discounted early bird registration for this event, completed registration form needs to be received and paid for in full 2 months before the date of event.

4. The fees referred to are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.

5. The organiser does not accept any responsibility or liability regarding the content and material presented at this event.

6. If a presenter is unable to present due to ill health or any other reason, the organiser reserves the right to arrange a replacement speaker to present a same or different topic.

7. Any registered participant whose cancellation is received in writing at least thirty (30) business days prior to a course for which the participant is registered for, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Any registered participant who cancels within thirty (30) business days prior to a course for which the participant is registered for, will not receive a refund of the registration fee. Maxwell Hill reserves the right to cancel the course at any time with the sole liability to refund registration fees.

8. All information provided by Maxwell Hill in regards to this course is correct at the time of production. However, the organiser reserves the right to make any changes and will not be liable for the accuracy of the website and advertising content.

9. No photography, video recording or any other form of audio-visual recording is permitted during the event.
